Validate

Solution:

According to the question,

AP = 6 cm
∵ AP = BP
∴ BP = 6 cm
∠AOB = 120°
∴ ∠ APB = 180° - 120° = 60°
∵ AP = BP
∵ ∠BAP = ∠ABP
Hence, Δ ABP is an equilateral triangle.
∴ Area of ΔABP

=√3/4 (6)^2

=9√3\cm^2
