SSC CGL 6 Sep 2016 Paper

The procedure of amendment in the constitution is laid down in Part XX (Article 368) of the Constitution of India. It lays down two special methods for the amendment of various parts of the constitution: (a) amendment by 2/3rd majority of parliament and (b) amendment by 2/3rd majority of the parliament plus ratification by at least half of the several state legislatures.
