If 14 (16) 18 and 33 (64) 25, then what is the value of ‘A’ in 25 (49) A?

Solution:

As,

(18-14)^2 = (4 )^2 =16

and

(33 - 25)^2 = (8)^2 =64

Similarly,

(25- A ) ^2 =49

⇒ 25 - A = 7
∴ A = [18]
⇒

(A -25)^2 =49

⇒ A - 25 = 7
∴ A = [32]
