9 × 3 + 8 ÷ 4 - 7 = 28

Solution:

9 × 3 + 8 ÷ 4 - 7 = 28

From option (4), on interchanging the sign of × and+,

9 + 3 + 8 × 4 - 7 = 28

⇒

3+32-7=28

⇒

35-7=28∴28=28
