Article-368 in Part XX of the Constitution deals with the powers of Parliament to amend the Constitution and its procedure. The process of Constitutional amendment in India is taken from South Africa. The three ways to amend the Constitution of India are - simple majority of Parliament, special majority of Parliament and special majority of Parliament plus consent of the states.
