Pattern is as follows,
In row Ist,

3 × 9+(9-3) × \;{(9-3)}/{2}

⇒ \;\; 27+6 × 3=45

In row II,

12 × 10+(12-10) × \;{(12-10)}/{2}

⇒ \;\; 120+2 × 1=122

Similarly in row III,

⇒ ? × 6+(?-6) × \;{(?-6)}/{2}=116

\Rightarrow

Put

\;\; ?=14

⇒ 14 × 6+(14-6) × \;{(14-6)}/{2}=116

⇒ \;\; 84+8 × \;{8}/{2}=116

⇒ \;\; 84+32=116

⇒ \;\; 116=116

∴ \;\; ?=14
