Divisiblity rule of 11 ,
Sum of odd place digit - Sum of even place digit equal 0 or 11 .
$=\left(4+0+7\right)-\left(\mathit{a}+6+\mathit{b}\right)$ $=11-6-\left(\mathit{a}+\mathit{b}\right)=5-\left(\mathit{a}+\mathit{b}\right)$
Possible value of $\left(\mathit{a}+\mathit{b}\right)$ is
$\Rightarrow 5-5=0$
$[\because \mathit{a}+\mathit{b}=5$ or $\mathit{a}+\mathit{b}=16]$
$\Rightarrow 5-\left(16\right)=11\mathit{a}+\mathit{b}=16$
If difference of sum of odd place digit and sum of even place digit is 0 or 11 then number is divisible by $11.$
So, only 2 possible value we will get
$\left(\mathit{a}+\mathit{b}\right)=5$
and $\left(\mathit{a}+\mathit{b}\right)=16$
So, sum of all positive value of $\left(\mathit{a}+\mathit{b}\right)$ is $16+5=21$
