Hima Das is an Indian sprinter who hails from Assam. She is known by the nickname 'Dhing Express'. The 21 -year-old is the first and the only Indian athlete to win a gold medal in a track event at the IAAF World U20 Championships. She made a record by completing the race in $51.46$ seconds. She was also appointed as a Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) in Assam Police.
