According to the question,
$7\times 11\times 13=1001$, when any 3 digit number is multiplied by 1001 then it repeat itself and always completely divisible by $7,11,13.$
Let 3 digit number are pqr
$\Rightarrow \mathit{p}\mathit{q}\mathit{r}\times 1001=5\mathit{z}3\mathit{x}4\mathit{y}$
$\mathit{p}\mathit{q}\mathit{r}\times \mathit{p}\mathit{q}\mathit{r}=5\mathit{z}3\mathit{x}4\mathit{y}$
Compare both sides
$\Rightarrow \mathit{p}=5,\mathit{r}=3,\mathit{q}=4$

$\therefore \left(\mathit{x}+\mathit{y}-\mathit{z}\right)=\left(5+3-4\right)=4$
