4-5 ÷ 4 ×(9-13)+2-2 ÷ 8

7 × 4 ÷ 21

\;4-5 ÷ 4 ×(9-13)+2-2 ÷ 8

= \;\; 7 × 4 ÷(21 × 4)-5 ÷ 4 ×(9-13)

= \;\; 7 × 4 × \;{1}/{84}-\;{5}/{4} ×(-4)+2-\;{2}/{8}

= \;\; \;{1}/{3}-(-5)+2-\;{1}/{4}

= \;\; \;{1}/{3}+5+2-\;{1}/{4}

=\;{4+12 × 5+12 × 2-3}/{12}

=\;{4+84-3}/{12}=\;{85}/{12}=7 \;{1}/{12}
