SSC CGL 23 Aug 2021 Shift 1 Paper

According to Article-198 of the Constitution of India, a Money Bill shall not be introduced in a Legislative Council. It clearly describes that Money Bill is to be firstly introduced in Legislative Assembly. This article creates dominance of Legislative Assembly by giving more powers to it in respect to the Money Bills.
