Facebook Inc. has appointed Henry Moniz as its first-ever Chief Compliance Officer. He leads Facebook's strategy and execution of compliance matters in the US and around the world.
Prior to this, he had been the chief compliance officer and chief audit executive at media company Viacom CBS Inc.
