Solution:

Average number of female in all organisation.

=300+275+250+200+125=1150

Average

=\;{1150}/{5}=230

Difference between number of male and average number of female is minimum in

A=250 ∼ 230=20

B=230 ∼ 225=5

C=325 ∼ 230=95

D=230 ∼ 150=80

So, minimum difference is in organisation B.
