If it divisible by 2 and 3 also.
$\star$ Divisibility of $2\to$ If last digit of number is divisible by 2 that number will be divisible by $2.$
$\star$ Divisibility of $3\to$ If sum of digit is divisible by 3 that number will be divisible by $3.$

$=19+2\mathit{k}$
If we put $\mathit{k}=4$
$=19+2\times 4$
$=19+8$


The value of $\mathit{k}=4$
