Now, total work $=5$ men $\times 20$ days
$=5\times 3\times 20=300$ unit
First start work by $=(2$ men $+6$ women) $\times 5$ days
$=\left(2\times 3+6\times 2\right)\times 5$
$=\left(6+12\right)\times 5$
$=18\times 5=90$ unit
Remaining work to complete
$=300-90=210$ unit
After than, 3 women leave the work and 1 men join
So, now the work done by the
$\left(2\mathit{m}+3\mathit{w}+1\mathit{m}\right)$
$\therefore$ Total days to complete the remaining work,
$\left(3\mathit{m}+3\mathit{w}\right)\times \mathit{x}$ days $=210$
$\Rightarrow \left(3\times 3+3\times 2\right)\times \mathit{x}$ days $=210$
$\Rightarrow 15\times \mathit{x}$ days $=210$
$\Rightarrow \mathit{x}$ days $=14$ days
So, remaining work will complete in 14 days.
