Given, Selling price

=₹ 2394

Let

We know that,

{SP}= {MP} ×(\;{100-d \%}/{100})

\;{(100-14.5)}/{100} × x=2394

⇒ \;\; \;{85.5}/{100} x=2394

⇒ \;\; x=\;{2394 × 100}/{85.5}

⇒ \;\; x=₹ 2800

Profit is
