Manpreet Singh Pawar is the captain of the Indian men's hockey team. He led the Indian field hockey team to the bronze medal at the Tokyo 2020 Olympics. He was named Asia's Junior Player of the Year in 2014. He was awarded 2019 Men's FIH Player of the Year Awards.
