Solution:

According to the question.

{ { \Area \of } \Δ A B C}/{ { \Area \of } \Δ A B D}= {(4 x+3 x)}/{3 x}

⇒

{ 350/{ { \Area \of } \Δ A B D}= { 7 x }/{3 x}

∴

{ { \Area \of } \Δ A B D}={350×3}/7

=50× 3=150 {\cm}^{2}
