(7 x^{2}-19 x y+11 y^{2} ) / y^{2} \ ?

Solution:

{x}/{y}= {4}/{9}

{7 x^{2}-19 x y+11 y^{2}}/{y^{2}}

=7 ( {x}/{y} )^{2}-19 {x}/{y}+11

=7 [ {4}/{9} ]^{2}-19 ×{4}/{9}+11

= {7 ×16}/{81}- {76}/{9}+11

= {112-684+891}/{81}= {319}/{81}
