Solution:

(4) As,

19 \$ 7 → (19)^{2}-(7)^{2}

=361-49=312

and

23 \$ 9 → (23)^{2}-(9)^{2}

=529-81=448

Similarly,

31 \$ 11 → (31)^{2}-(11)^{2}

=961-121=[840]
