The ratio of water to milk in 250 liters of mixture A is 4:1. Mixture B has 25 liters of water and the ratio of water to milk in mixture B is 5:7. If 40% of mixture A and 80% of mixture B is Mixed and new mixture C is made then find the ratio of milk to water in Mixture C.
