The event of getting at most one head has 3 favorable outcomes.
These are $\left(\mathrm{H},\mathrm{H}\right),\left(\mathrm{T},\mathrm{H}\right)$ and $\left(\mathrm{H},\mathrm{T}\right)$.
So, probability of getting at most one head $=\frac{3}{4}$.
