Solution:

\;\text " (4) "\; ?=5 ÷ 5^{-2}+√{25}-√{121}

\;\; =5 ÷ \;{1}/{5^{2}}+5-11

\;\; =5 × 5^{2}+5-11

\;\; =125+5-11=119
