Solution:

\;\; =(4^{8} × \;{1}/{(4^{3})^{2}})^{2}+10

\;\; =(4^{8} × \;{1}/{4^{6}})^{2}+10

\;\; =(4^{2})^{2}+10=(16)^{2}+10

\;\; =256+10

\;\; =266
