(a) Printed price = ₹ 320,

Let

d_2= x%

, Amount actually paid = ₹ 244.80
So, amount actually paid

= ( 1 - { 10 }/ { 100 } ) ( 1 - { { x } } /{ 100 } ) × 320

⇒244.80 = { 90 } /{ 100 } × { ( 100 - { x } ) }/ { 100 } ×320

100 - x = { 244.80× 100× 100 }/ { 90 × 320 }=85%

⇒x = 15%
