So,(2 men +1 woman)'s 1 day's work $=\frac{1}{44}$
Hence, 2 men + 1 woman $=\frac{1}{14}$.......(i)
Similarly, 2 men + 4 woman $=\frac{1}{8}$ .... (ii)
On subtracting Eq. (i) from Eq (ii), we get

$\Rightarrow 3\mathrm{women}=\frac{7-4}{56}=\frac{3}{56}$

$\Rightarrow 1\mathrm{woman}=\frac{1}{56}$
So, 1 woman can complete the whole work in 56 days
From Eq. (i).

$=\frac{4-1}{56}$
$\Rightarrow 2\mathrm{men}=\frac{3}{56}$
$\Rightarrow 1\mathrm{man}=\frac{3}{2\times 56}$
So, 1 man can complete the whole work in $\frac{2\times 56}{3}$ days
On comparing 1 man and 1 woman work,
56 woman $=\frac{56\times 2}{3}$ men
⇒ 1 woman $=\frac{2}{3}$ men
Hence, amount received by 1 man per day $=\mathit{R}\mathit{s}600$ Thus, amount received by 1 woman per day $=600\times \frac{2}{3}$
= Rs 400
