$\Rightarrow \frac{1}{\mathit{x}}=\frac{1}{3}-\frac{1}{8}-\frac{1}{12}-\frac{1}{16}$
$\Rightarrow \frac{1}{\mathit{x}}=\frac{16-6-4-3}{48}$
$=\frac{3}{48}=\frac{1}{16}$
$\Rightarrow \mathit{x}=16$
Now, ratio of work done by first, second, third and fourth persons
$=\frac{1}{8}:\frac{1}{12}:\frac{1}{16}:\frac{1}{16}$
$=6:4:3:3$ (taking LCM)
So, amount got by fourth person
$=\frac{3}{16}\times 1200=\mathit{R}\mathit{s}.225$
