The least number of soldiers that can be arranged in 12, 15 and 18 having equal number of soldiers and can also be arranged in a solid square is -

Solution:

(4) The number of soldiers in every line will be the L.C.M.of 15, 12 and 18.

L.C.M. = 2 × 3 × 2 × 5 × 3= 180
Since this should be arranged in a cube.
So required number

= (180)^2 = 32400
