(3) Any case of violation of Fundamental Rights can be heard directly by the Supreme Court.Article 32 provides for the enforcement of Fundamental Rights by the Supreme Court.It confers on the people the right to move the Supreme Court in case of encroachment on the Fundamental Rights by the State.
