Solution:

tan 30° ={AB}/{BC}={AB}/30

1/√3=AB/30

AB =30/√3= 10 √3

AC = AB sin 30° = 10 √3×1/2

AC = 5√ 3

∴ Total height

= AB + AC = 10 √3 +5√ 3 = 15 √3
