Solution:

Volume of hemisphere

= 2/3πr^3

So,

{2/3πr^3_1}/{2/3πr^3_2}=6.4/21.6

[r_1/r_2]^3=64/216=[4/6]^3

r_1/r_2=[4/6]=2/3
