Solution:

5 ^ { 2 } + 12 ^ { 2 } = 13 ^ { 2 }

It is right-angled triangle.

= \ { 1 } { 2 } \×\ { b } \× \ { h } = \ { 1 } { 2 } \× 5 \× 12

= 30 \ { sq } . \ { cm }
