Solution:

OC ⊥ AB

AC = BC = 3.5 cm \;OP = 13 cm

PC = 9 + 3.5 = 12.5 cm

OC=√{OP^2-PC^2}=√{13^2-12^2}=√12.75

OA=√{OC^2+CA^2}=√{12.75+(3.5)^2}=√{12.75+12.25}=√25=5 cm
