Solution:

\sec ^{2} θ-\tan ^{2} θ=1

(\sec θ+\tan θ)(\sec θ-\tan θ)=1

12.5(\sec θ-\tan θ)=1

\sec θ-\tan θ=\;{1}/{12.5}=0.08
