Fish has two chambered heart. The heart has single atrium and ventricle. Atrium takes the blood from the body whereas ventricle is responsible for pumping out the blood that has entered the heart. The ventricle pumps the deoxygenated blood to the gills and the oxygen from the surrounding water is given to the blood.
