Two people are cycling in the same direction respectively, from there a train traveling at the fixed speed passes from the same direction. The train crosses the first in 8 seconds and the second in 8.4 seconds, the first one was cycling at a speed of 9 km/h while the second one was cycling at a speed of 12 km/h. What is the speed of the train in km/h?
