Let the tens digit be x and unit digit be y
According to the question
x + y = 9……………..i
and 10x + y – 10y – x = 27
⇒ 9x – 9y = 27
⇒ x – y = 3……………ii
Adding both the equations
2x = 12; x = 6
y = 9 – 6 = 3
∴ The number will be 63.
