(1) In the Union Budget 2014-15,the government extended by anotheryear the 10-year tax holidayfor the power sector. With this, theeligible date for projects in thepower sector to avail the benefitunder section 80-IA of the IncomeTax Act stands extended fromMarch 31, 2014 to March 31,2015.
