(1) Reliance Industries Limited(RIL) declared on 27 October2015 that it signed the revisedlisting agreement withthe Bombay Stock Exchangeand National Stock Exchangeas mandated under the newlyintroduced Listing Regulationnotified by Securities and ExchangeBoard of India (SEBI).With this, RIL became the firstlisted company to conform toSEBI norms.
