(4) The Micro Units DevelopmentRefinance Agency(MUDRA) Bank will providecredit of up to Rs 10 lakh tosmall entrepreneurs and actas a regulator for ‘Micro-FinanceInstitutions’ (MFIs). Itwill provide its services tosmall entrepreneurs outsidethe service area of regularbanks, by using last mileagents. It will also ensure thatits clients do not fall into indebtedness.
