(4) World Bank on 27 October2015 announced that Indiaranked 130 out of the 189countries surveyed in terms ofease of doing business for domesticfirms. As per the report,India could improve its rankingby 12 places from the142nd position of the 2015report by undertaking significantimprovements in the regulatoryframework for startingnew businesses.
