(2) Reliance Industries Limited(RIL), in October 2015,signed the revised list ingagreement with the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) andNational Stock Exchange(NSE) as mandated under thenewly introduced Listing Regulationnotif ied by SEBI .With this, RIL became thefirst listed company to conformto SEBI norms.
