(1) Union Minister for MinorityAffairs Najma Heptulla, on8 August 2015, launched anew Central Sector SchemeNai Manzil in Patna for addressingeducational and livelihoodneeds of minority communitiesin general and Muslimsin particular. The schemewill cover people in between17 to 35 age group from allminority communities as wellas Madrasa students.
