(5) The eligibility criteria fornon-bank entities seeking tooperate as BBPOUs is as follows:
• The entity should be a companyincorporated in India andregistered under the CompaniesAct 1956 / Companies Act2013
• The Memorandum of Association(MOA) of the applicantentity must cover the proposedactivity of operating as aBBPOU
• The applicant entity shouldhave a net worth of at leastRs.100 crore as per the lastaudited balance sheet and thesame has to be maintained atall times.
