Winner of 'Nari Shakti Puraskar’,Ruma Devi, resident of Barmer, President of Rural Development and Chetna Sansthan, Barmer, was honoured with 'Janaki Devi Bajaj Award' on 7 January 2020. Under this award instituted by the Ladies Wing of the Indian Merchant Chamber, Ruma Devi was awarded ₹ 5 lakh in cash and citation.
