Indira Mahila Shakti Nidhi Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot also launched schemes of Indira Mahila Shakti (IM Shakti) Shit Nidhi [Indira Mahila (IM Shakti) Fund) dedicated to women empowerment on 18 December 2019. .
For this, the state has made a provision of ₹ 200 crores per year i.e. ₹ 1 thousand crores for the period of five years. Under this, a loan of up to ₹ 1 crore will be available from this fund to make women self-help groups and women self-reliant.
Five different schemes were launched in the state through this fund. The brief description of which will be as follows
i. Indira Mahila Shakti Udyam Protsahan Yojana - This scheme. Under women or women self-help groups. Loans up to ₹ 1 crore will be available. ii. Under Indira Mahila Shakti Training and Skill Enhancement Scheme, 75 thousand women and girls will be given free computer training. . iii. Indira Mahila Shakti Accounts Training Scheme - Under this, activities like accounting training of 5000 women will be conducted. iv. Indira Mahila Shakti Education Set Scheme - Under the dropout girls and education deprived women will be reimbursed the fee for studies throughRajasthan State Open School. Its benefit will be given to 50 thousand girls and women. v. Indira Mahila Shakti Skills Strength Scheme - Under this, 10 thousand women of the state will be imparted skill training.
