• The INC observed ${26}^{\mathit{t}\mathit{h}}$ January as the Independence Day of India.
• Poorna Swaraj was the complete self-independent resolution from the British Empire.
• The new Constitution of India as written and approved by the Constituent Assembly was mandated to require result on ${26}^{\mathit{t}\mathit{h}}$ January 1950 to commemorate the 1930 declaration.
