The sequence followed is:
The first letter of every word is ‘P’,
Second letter is arranged i.e. ‘a’, ‘i’ ‘o’ and ‘r’ → dictionary order → Paper, Parade.

Third letter in Postal, Praise, Picture → ‘i’, ‘o’ and ‘r’ → dictionary order → Picture, Postal, Praise
