The colorful festival of Holi was celebrated 80-90 years ago in Barmer city with the fight of stones.
The festival of Holi was played with joy and affection amidst mutual stones, keeping away mutual disharmony, antipathy, enmity. Preparations started a fortnight ago to play this festival. This love of Holi was played between two parties, two mohallas.
The people of both the parties had already collected stones from their houses, shops, religious establishments, temples etc. on the high roofs and took care of the slopes used in the battle-fields to avoid hitting them.
This stone hit Holi was played with great health on the second day of Holi Dahan on Dhulendi.
