Rajasthan Police Constable Model Paper 1

A political party shall be treated as a National party if it satisfies the following three conditions.

1. The party must secure 2% seats in Lok Sabha i.e. 11 seats from at least 3 different States.
2.  In four or more states that party gets recognition as a state party.
3.  The party polls 6% of votes in four states at the general election to Lok Sabha or Legislative Assembly.

Recognized National Parties of India are - Bahujan Samaj Party, Bharatiya Janata Party, Communist Party of India, Communist Party of India (Marxist), Indian National Congress, Nationalist Congress Party, TMC.
